Studying And Training Visas

Student Visa (Subclass 500)

The Subclass 500 visa allows international applicants to come to Australia to enroll in a full-time course of study at a registered educational institution. It is the primary visa for students at all education levels, from school to PhD. Success depends not only on formal enrolment but also on satisfying the Genuine Student (GS) requirement and proving financial capacity. This visa allows the holder to work part-time, providing essential income support.

The 5 Critical Stages We Manage for You

Genuine Student (GS) Strategy

We help you structure compelling answers to the mandatory GS questions, clearly aligning your chosen course with your educational background and future career goals in your home country.
Risk Mitigation: The GS requirement is a major focus for DHA and a frequent cause of refusal. We ensure your statement and evidence are clear, honest, and persuasive.

CoE & OSHC Coordination

We manage the entire enrolment process, liaise with our partner institutions to secure your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), and organize mandatory Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the full duration of your visa.
Streamlined Enrollment: We ensure all documentation is correct and promptly issued, preventing delays or invalid applications.

Financial Capacity Proof

We advise on the acceptable types of financial evidence (bank statements, loans, income) and the required documentation to satisfy the DHA's strict financial capacity test.
Accuracy: We ensure your financial documents are correctly dated, certified, and meet the specific DHA minimum thresholds, preventing a refusal based on technicalities.

Post-Study Pathway Planning

We discuss your eligibility and strategy for the Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485) from day one, ensuring the course you select maximizes your potential for gaining valuable PR points later.
Future Security: Your study choices impact your PR options. We provide the foresight necessary to build your long-term migration plan.

Visa Application Lodgement

We lodge the complete application on your behalf via ImmiAccount, ensuring all required identity, academic, and health documents are translated, certified, and attached correctly.
Compliance: We guarantee the application is decision-ready, minimizing requests for further information and accelerating the processing time.
